Oracle Simphony integration and custom development.
Extensibility applications, Transaction Services and API integrations, interfaces to property and casino management systems, and the reporting on top, built by people who have worked inside Simphony for years.
Oracle MICROS Simphony is the point of sale at a large share of hotels, resorts, clubs and casinos. Out of the box it runs the outlet well. What it doesn't do is talk to everything else on the property, or give finance and marketing the data the way they need it. That gap is where Orchestrate360 works.
What we build on Simphony
- Extensibility applications: custom workstation functionality in C# or JavaScript: prompts, validations, custom dialogs, lookups against external systems, automated discounts and workflows that Simphony's configuration alone can't express.
- Transaction Services and REST API integrations: order injection, menu and price synchronization, and check data for kiosks, online and mobile ordering, pay at the table, delivery platforms, room service and third‑party applications.
- Payment and device integration: encrypted PIN pads, pay‑at‑the‑table handhelds and other semi‑integrated EMV devices connected to the POS through the payment interface, so card data never touches the POS and stays out of your PCI scope.
- Property management interfaces: room charge, folio posting and guest lookup between Simphony and the property's PMS, whether that is Opera, Agilysys LMS, Maestro, Springer‑Miller or another platform, including the edge cases the standard interface leaves out.
- Casino management and player tracking: comp redemption, player‑card lookup and charge‑to‑account at the POS; outlet revenue and covers back to the CMS.
- Accounting, inventory and membership: general ledger postings, inventory depletion, member charges and minimums, gift cards and loyalty.
- Reporting and data engineering: extraction from Simphony (Reporting and Analytics, BI API, or direct) into an Azure data warehouse, with Power BI or Tableau dashboards and scorecards on top.
How an engagement runs
We start with a short discovery: which systems, which direction the data needs to flow, what breaks today. From that we scope a fixed piece of work with a written statement of work. Then it runs like any well‑managed development project: design documentation, development, testing, your acceptance and implementation, followed by a support arrangement that suits you.
Why Orchestrate360
We have been building on MICROS and Simphony since the 3700 and 9700 days, and we know hospitality operations from the inside, not only the API documentation. Our project managers are PMP‑certified, and we have delivered for major restaurant, hotel, cruise line and casino brands. We are an Oracle PartnerNetwork member and a Microsoft partner, and an independent Simphony developer rather than an Oracle reseller, which means our advice about what to build and what to buy is our own. We are based in Orlando, Florida, and work with properties across the United States.
Common questions
Which Simphony integration methods do you use?
Whatever fits the requirement: Simphony extensibility applications (C# and JavaScript) running on the workstation, Transaction Services and the Simphony REST APIs for external systems, the Reporting and Analytics / BI API for data extraction, and direct database or file interfaces where a partner system needs them.
Do you work with Simphony Cloud and on-premises?
Yes. We work with Simphony Cloud (Oracle-hosted) and self-hosted Simphony environments, and with legacy MICROS 3700 and 9700 sites that are migrating.
Can you integrate Simphony with our casino management system?
Yes. Comps, player-card lookups and charge-to-player-account at the point of sale, and outlet revenue back to the CMS and the data warehouse, are the integrations casino resorts ask for most.
Will a Simphony upgrade break the integration?
Rarely. We build on Oracle's supported extensibility and API layers rather than undocumented hooks, so version upgrades seldom affect the work. When Oracle changes an API, we test against the new version before your property moves to it.
